Alabi Waheed Banjoko (PhD) is a Senior Lecturer (SL) in the Department of Statistics, Faculty of Physical Sciences, University of Ilorin with more than 10 years of University Teaching, Research, and administrative experience. He obtained his National Diploma in Statistics from the Federal Polytechnic, Ede, and all other degrees (B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D.) from the Department of Statistics, University of Ilorin. His research interests focus on Statistical modelling, Biostatistics, Statistical (Machine) Learning and Artificial intelligence, Applied Statistics and Statistical Quality Control.He has served and still serving the university is various capacities within and outside the university community. He has to his credit over twenty-five publications in reputable outlets covering academic journals articles, edited conference proceedings and chapters in books. He has successfully supervised several undergraduate projects and Masters dissertations. Dr. Banjoko is a registered member of many professional bodies within and outside Nigeria.
